Allocated Seating at the Chocolate Factory

All seating in the theatre will be numbered, and you will be allocated the best seats available when you book.
CONCESSIONS & SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
There are a very limited number of concession seats available for all performances - these MUST be booked via our telephone box office Mon – Fri from 10-5pm 020 79077060
If you have any special seating requirements, you must advise the telephone box office when you book your seats so that they can assist you in finding performances where suitable seating is available. If you are a wheelchair user you MUST email the venue to advise us in advance of your visit. Please contact us at:

All access and seating requests MUST be dealt with before your visit as the theatre staff will not be able to alter any seating on the day of the performance.
MEAL DEALS
We offer a limited number of tickets per show at a very special discount rate. These tickets include 2 courses from a pre-theatre set menu (specially created for each show) plus your ticket for the show, with a reserved seat in the theatre. When you book, your table is automatically reserved in the restaurant. You must take your table by 6.30pm for an evening performance or 2pm for a matinee.
Please note drinks and service are not included in the Meal Deal.
Please note that customers with Meal Deal tickets and customers with standard or concession tickets will NOT be seated together in the theatre.

LATECOMERS
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable interval, or not at all if there is no interval during the performance. There is no re-admittance once you leave the auditorium. Please be in good time to take your seats.
