RETURNED TICKETS
Please take a moment to read our returned tickets policy
Returning tickets:
Returned tickets will only be sold once all Menier Chocolate Factory auditorium seats are sold out.
We cannot guarantee to re-sell any returned tickets. All tickets are returned on this understanding.
We will re-sell tickets for the value printed on the ticket, except in the case of Meal Deals, when we will only be able to reimburse you for the cost of a standard price theatre ticket.
Returned tickets will be re-sold in the order they were handed back to the box office.
If you have returned a ticket to us for re-sale, please check back with us at the interval to see if it has been sold. If we have, we will provide you with a cash refund.
If you are not at the performance to collect your refund, we will issue a cheque to the name of the booker and post to the address on the booking. You can call us to ask if your ticket was re-sold on 020 73781712.

Purchasing returned tickets:
If you wish to purchase a returned ticket, you will need to put your name on a returns list in person when the box office opens: Tues – Sat from 6pm and Sat & Sun Matinee from 1pm. No requests accepted by phone or email.
Ticket purchases are limited to 2 per person.

We will ask you to check back with us at 30 min prior to the start of the show for an update on returned tickets. We may not be able to seat you until shortly before the start of the show. Please be patient.
Tickets are re-sold in order of names on the returns list. If you are not present when we call your name we will move on to the next person on the returns list.
We only accept CASH as payment for returned tickets – we are unable to accept any other form of payment. Please ensure you have cash to pay for returned tickets.
