All seating in the theatre is numbered, and you will be allocated the best seats available when you book online. If you wish to choose a specific seat you will need to book via our telephone box office: 020 79077060 (£2 transaction fee). Please note there is NO late admission into the theatre until the interval.

CONCESSIONS AND ACCESS BOOKINGS

Who can book a concession ticket?
 
There are a LIMITED number of concession tickets available per performance.

* Full time students with valid ID
* Seniors over the age of 65
* Registered disabled - plus one companion
* Equity card holders (on Sunday matinee performances only)
 
All concession tickets are subject to availability. We have a limited number available, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
 
How to book a concession ticket
 
Wheelchair users MUST book direct with the venue on 020 73781712 (Mon - Fri 11-6) or email: concessionbookings@menierchocolatefactory.com
 
ALL other concession tickets must be booked via our telephone box office

MEAL DEALS

We offer a limited number of tickets per show at a very special discount rate. These tickets include 2 courses from a pre-theatre set menu (specially created for each show) plus your ticket for the show, with a reserved seat in the theatre. When you book, your table is automatically reserved in the restaurant. You must take your table by 6.30pm for an evening performance or 2pm for a matinee.
Please note drinks and service are not included in the Meal Deal. 

Please note that customers with Meal Deal tickets and customers with standard or concession tickets will NOT be seated together in the theatre.

LATECOMERS

Due to the staging of the show, we will not be able to permit latecomers into the theatre until the interval. Please be in good time to take your seats.
