Our COVID-19 protocol
Our cleaning routine has been enhanced to include thorough cleanings before and after each performance as well as spot cleans of high traffic areas throughout the day, as well as regular fogging.
Sanitizing stations have been added around the building. We encourage frequent use of these stations by staff and audience members, especially when entering and exiting the building.
As an alternative to cash, we have enhanced our contactless payment stations and encourage all to make card payments.
To avoid queues, please either print your tickets at home, or come to the theatre with your confirmation on your phone.
To limit contact between audience and staff we will not be running a baggage check service, we ask that you bring a minimal amount of baggage into the building.
48 hours before the performance you are attending, you will be contacted and asked to fill out a health questionnaire and to provide contact details to assist with test and trace.
Test and Trace
An Official NHS QR code will be displayed on arrival. All customers will be required to check in with the NHS Covid 19 App prior to entrance.
