Access

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access into the building is via our main entrance on Southwark Street. You should ask at the front desk of the Box Office for assistance into our step-free entrance.

There are disabled toilet facilities on the same level as the restaurant.

If you are visiting the theatre, we will have a member of staff assist you with entering the theatre and getting comfortable. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts in order to facilitate this.

The theatre can take one wheelchair per performance, located at the front of the auditorium with an excellent view of the stage. There will always be at least one space available next to the wheelchair space for a companion.

There is a concession rate for those registered disabled, and one companion may also purchase a ticket at the concession rate (providing we have not sold out of concession tickets for that performance).

Please note ALL wheelchair spaces need to be booked directly with the venue, in advance of your visit.

Customers with access requirements, visual or hearing impairments

When you book your concession ticket please let the Box Office know if you have problems walking, and we will suggest seating for you that is close to the theatre entrance and on the ground level.

There are approximately 4 steps up to the main entrance, 3 into the bar and Box Office area and 4 steps down into the theatre – with a handrail.

Customers with visual or hearing impairments qualify for concession rates for themselves plus a companion. Unfortunately we are not fitted with an infra red or loop system, but the intimate size of our venue means you can sit only a few feet away from performers. Please ask us for concession seats as close to the front as possible.
